BSc Biotechnology is a 3 year undergraduate program that focuses on the application of technology to stud cellular and biomolecular processes. It is available in full-time, part-time or distance learning formats. Biotechnology is a science that uses living organisms and biological processes to produce products that advance healthcare, medicine, agriculture, food, pharmaceuticals, and environmental control. Each year, 40,000 students graduate with biotechnology from more than 302 Biotechnology colleges in India. Aspirants must qualify for the 10+2 level from any recognized board of education with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects to be eligible for BSc Biotechnology. BSc Biotechnology admission is strictly provided on the basis of the candidate’s marks obtained at the higher secondary level. |
